Here at Holt x Palm, we love receiving on-line orders and shipping our unique products near and far :-)

Currently, we can ship to all states including Hawaii and Alaska.  We can also ship internationally as well!  

If for some reason we cannot ship to your location, we will issue a refund asap. 

Things we cannot ship:

  • Live Plants
  • Art framed with glass
  • Perishable items

We use multiple methods of shipping based on efficiency, time and cost.  Currently, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  Holt x Palm will choose the best carrier for the best price at the time of shipment.  For larger items that need to be palletized or cannot be handled by package delivery companies will be delivered via a third party freight company.  

We attempt to pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible but definitely within 1-3 business days.  If the item is not available, out of stock or cannot be shipped, we will notify you asap and offer an alternative or a full refund. 

Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot make any changes to the order. 

WRONG ADDRESS: 

Holt x Palm does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.  If a shipment is undeliverable or declined by a recipient due to wrong address and returned back to Holt x Palm, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees if applicable. 

FREIGHT DELIVERY:

Furniture and larger items that are too large for our regular carriers may need to be shipped via freight carrier.  In this case, we will provide you a shipping quote and timeframe based on your location.  This will be an additional cost added onto your total purchase.  We will notify you of the amount of shipping prior to finalizing your order. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: 

If there is any damage to the product during shipment by the carrier, please make sure to take pictures of the original packaging, any damaged areas of the exterior packaging and notify Holt x Palm immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier.  

If there is obvious damage that is visible without having to inspect the product, please make a note of the damages, take pictures of all sides, and deny the shipment and contact Holt x Palm asap.
