HOLT x PALM REFUND X RETURN POLICY:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to our showroom within 3 calendar days of purchase.
Customer will be responsible for returning the item back to our warehouse for inspection. If the item was purchased on-line, customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse at their cost.
Aside from items that are being returned due to damage or defect, the item must be in brand new, re-sellable condition without any damage, wear or issues whatsoever. The returned item must have the original receipt and be in the original packaging, if applicable.
The following types of products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Furniture that has been dropped shipped directly from the vendor
- Vintage Items
- One of a Kind
- Original Artwork
- Floor Models
- Custom or Special Ordered Product
- Greeting cards
- Food or perishable items
- Personal care products
- Live Plants
- Gift Cards
Holt x Palm reserves the right to deny a return or refund on the following types of items:
If you have an issue with a product and want to start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- A few good clear pics of the product and any areas of damage or issue
- Picture of the receipt
- A reason for return
- The order #
- Full Name
- Your Address
We do not accept returns in the store without first starting the process via email.
Once received, please allow 7-10 business days to review and process. We will respond back to advise of next steps.
For defective items or items that arrived damaged, once accepted and approved, Holt x Palm will issue a full refund of your purchase returned back to the credit card it was originally processed or a credit or exchange for the same product or amount originally charged. This process may take 7-10 business days and may vary based on the banking system.
For items being returned for reasons other than defect or damage, once approved, a refund for the full amount of the item less any shipping charges will apply.
Any furniture items that are returned, once approved will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the original sales price and less the original shipping cost if applicable. The restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of refund or credit.
